What are the Odds?

I can't believe I'm sooooo "lucky". Last Saturday after my shower, as usual I just put my spectacles on my bed so that I can change into my clothes. And then, super smart me decided to sit on my bed to put on my pants and that's when I heard a loud crack. Aargh!! I sat on my spectacles. Well, actually it's not the first time I've sat on my spectacles before but usually it doesn't break cos the bed is soft and it'll kinda protect the spectacles from getting cracked cos it'll sink into the bed. But I guess, this time I was not that lucky. My poor spectacles. Anyway, I was fine with that. I still had a spare pair of spectacles that I could wear until I go back to KL in 2 weeks time (Yippee, can't wait).

Anyway, yesterday, after cooking Maggi Mee and sitting down on the sofa to watch the HK drama series, I noticed that my vision was not clear so I decided to clean my spectacles. And then I noticed something. It was cracked. Aargh!!! I totally do not know what happened? And mind you, this was my spare pair of spectacles. I'm not so blur as to wear my cracked spectacles. After that, I compared it to my original pair of spectacles and noticed that both pairs have a crack at exactly the same place on the same side. What are the odds of that happening? It's freaking crazy. Sighz.

2 broken pairs of spectacles in the first week of 2009. Is this a good sign or a bad sign? Hmm...really can't wait to find out what 2009 has in store for me.
