I was just browsing the internet while taking a break from work when I suddenly decided to revisit my other older blogs that I've created before and starting reading the entries. Wow, I can't believe it, I'm quite funny sometimes. Didn't know I'm so good at writing. Haha, I'm praising myself again, sorry guys. Anyway, looking back at all those entries made me realise that hey, the year end is coming and it's actually time for me to reflect back on the past year and think of new resolutions for this coming new year. Yeah, 2008 is just around the corner. There must be exciting things coming in the new year. Just can't wait for it to happen. Actually I did not make any new year resolutions in 2007 mostly due to the fact that most of the time I'll forget my resolutions by the end of January and it's only in December will I be reflecting once again about the past year and realised that I've failed horribly. Sighz, I'm really a bad planner. Anyway, I think this year has been great cos I've done the following (trying to force my sleepy brain to think of what I've done in the past year):

January

Made the best of friends during Mieco audit in Kuantan. Hey, I can still remember the quote...Failure is not an Option.... Really had fun during the job. Great manager and great team members. Love u guys and miss u guys a lot.

February

I passed my MICPA exam!! I'm a qualified accountant!! Yippee!!!

March

Can't think of anything that happened in March except for my birthday. Hmm...my memory is failing me.

April

Started my new job in HK on 2/4/2007 (Whoppee!!). Remembered that I met a horrible taxi driver who dumped me at the end of the road and I had to drag my 30KG luggage up a hill. What a way to start my life in HK.

May

Spent a lot of time looking for apartments. Nearly got a fright looking at HK apartments. They are so teeny weeny. Finally found the best apartment ever in Cheung Sha Wan. Love my apartment and love the furniture that my housemate and I bought.

June

Bought a 32 inches TV. Yeah, can finally watch TV series. My mom, grandma and aunt came over to visit me. It was fun having family over cos helped me to get over my homesickness.

July

Sad month cos i missed my 07/07/07 deadline of finding a bf. Haha. Guess this will have to be my resolution for 2008.

Aug

Typhoon Signal no 8 was raised. So happy to get half a day off work.

Sep

Went back to Malaysia and had lotsa fun with ex-colleagues and friends that I've not seen in 6 mths. Really miss u guys a lot.

The best thing that happened in Sep was, I officially became an Aunty cos my sis just gave birth to the prettiest, cutest little baby girl ever. I'm going to turn her into a princess like me.

Oct

Got my CFA textbooks and made me realise that registering for CFA is the stupidest thing I've ever done. How am I going to finish studying all those materials?

Went to Disneyland. Had such great fun there. Tarzan is soooo good looking.

Got promoted to S3 which means higher salary and more money to go shopping. Tee Hee.

Nov

Aaron Kwok concert. First time I've ever been to a concert and didn't have any regrets at all. Awesome show. But buying the tickets made me realise that Hongkongers will do anything to earn money. They even booked extra tickets so that they can sell them at a premium. Amazing right.

Dec

Going to Disneyland again and Christmas is just around the corner. Happy, happy month.

Hmm...looking back, seems like it hasn't been a bad year after all. Quite satisfied with how things has worked out. Now going to think of what I'm going to do in 2008. But for now, it's time for bed. Good nite everyone.
